 Announcing the American Flag Rugby Mini Tournament at the 36th Annual 2010 Can Am Rugby Tournament.

This years tournament will feature an American Flag Rugby Clinic and Mini Tournament for children ages 6-14.  The Saranac Lake Mountaineers, in partnership with Morris Youth Rugby (NJ) will provide fields and instruction that will introduce youngsters to American Flag Rugby, a fun and safe non-contact, co-ed version of the game.  Three age appropriate divisions will participate.

The event will be held Saturday, on a field TBD.  Registration and the clinic begin at 11am.  Established teams may enter; individual players will be assigned to a team.  The age groups will be ages 6-8, 9-11, and 12-14.  The Mini tournament will run until 3pm, with the youngest children finishing earlier.  Of course, rugby parents will be welcome to assist and learn the game themselves.

So bring the kids out for a game of their own!
